Description
Viscous Fan Hub Holding Tool Set is used to counter hold the cooling fan clutch assembly during removal and installation procedures, and to correctly install the cooling fan clutch to the specified torque setting.
Suitable for Ford 2.0TDCi EcoBlue (Panther) belt-in-oil engines fitted in RWD/AWD Transit, Transit Chassis Cab and Ranger models fitted Longitudinally.
Used as part of toothed belt replacement process, to enable access to the auxiliary belt drive and crankshaft pulley before removal of the toothed belt cover.
Enables quick and easy removal / installation of the viscous fan without disturbing the water pump assembly.
Provides a secure hold on the water pump pulley during removal and installation.
Allows the user to achieve the correct tightening torque.
The viscous fan hub is tightened to a torque of 110Nm and features a left-hand thread.
